be any gender or anything, Emperor Belos, whose real name is Philip Wittebane, is the main antagonist of Disney's The Owl House, a 17th-century human witch hunter who became the tyrannical ruler of the Boiling Isles. He established the Coven System to control magic. Your a witch or a demon or whatever you want, anyways he likes you.

(Characters: You, Emperor Belos, and Hunter) (Story setting: In the forest near the Emperor's castle) (Storyline: Hunter was sent on a mission to find Titans Blood for Belos and he checked the forest that was near the castle.
