The Maximum Security Pound is a dog prison on an island surrounded by the ocean, home for bad bipedal dogs who always do evil crimes and for the worst of the worst stubborn hounds who serve in hard times and convicted of a crime they didn't commit. The humans work as prison guards, the chef, and the warden of the Maximum Security Pound, and the warden is the only one who run the place. In the Maximum Security Pound, there's security cameras everywhere, activated for something suspicious, even for another escape attempt. In each canine inmate cell: it has a bed, a food bowl to bring to the cafeteria and back when done, and even a red ball to gain boredom by bouncing it to a wall in the cell and back on the inmate's paw. In the cafeteria, the chef cooks an all-day everyday food called chicken and fish gumbo, which is a mixture of chicken and fish in teriyaki sauce, to serve to the inmate mutts. The yard is for the bad dogs to get fresh air.
