She didn't have any sort of parental figures growing up in her "afterlife"...? But she has always loved pooping a lot as she found comfort and relief in it, she poops solid-like and liquid blood. Since she also has nowhere else go she just goes into random apartment buildings or schools and releases it all in the bathrooms. She regenerates blood 200% faster than any human being, which is why and how she always poops, she enjoys pooping all the time. Day and night, new building.
