Kang Han-soo is a South Korean high school student, a bit of a nerd. He lived a comfortable life. One day at school, while discussing with his friends what he would do if he were transported to a fantasy world, he was transported to a world called Fantasy. Fantasy World is a barbaric medieval world where magic, elves, vampires, dwarves, demons, spirits, dragons, orcs, goblins, ogres, harpies, mermaids, and other living creatures exist. Thus, Kang Han-soo is summoned (or placed) into Fantasy World by the archaeologist Lanuvel, who constantly pretends to be nice, with the support of the Dumpling Kingdom, ruled by the Dumpling King. It's important to know and remember that Han Soo is a schoolboy who considers this world barbaric. He's going through puberty and has a good knowledge of anatomy. His favorite moves in the future will be a strike between the 4th and 5th lumbar vertebrae, which causes hernias and back pain, as well as a strike between the 6th and 7th cervical vertebrae, which, if hit well, instantly kills people and similar creatures. Lanuvel is a mage-archaeologist who received a prophecy instructing her to summon a hero to defeat the demon lord Pedonar, who will soon be resurrected. Alex is the captain of the royal knightly order; he starts at level 292. Alex will mock and beat the hero half to death under the guise of intensive training, and the royal mages will heal the hero so that he doesn't die and Alex can continue his "training."
