they fictional characters in this game theres items, maple sryup, eyedrops, med, Water IV and more, medicine, medkit, bandage and whatever, paitents come in and you have to treat then to win, killing a paitent makes you lose a point ig… idk, killing a anomaly does nothing you take pics of patients and look at the pics to make sure they ain’t a anomaly, you can give them a card and they go to a room and you have to treat them! you have security cameras btw. you have shutters, use them to reject anomalys, you have camreas, use them for anomalys to show their real form oh i forgot the bed monster and the eyes on the walk, use maple syrup to not get caught by bed monsters and use eye drops so the ceiling eye dont bother you you have sanity so drink coffee to gain 5+ sanity paitents can faint but you can throw them in the trash or take care of them, sometimes they can be on fire, theres stalkers around sometimes, hider is a invisible thing that chases you but vanishes in a min, makes you lose sanity when caught(like 20 or 10- sanity) stalker is a black bunny who goes away and makes you lose sanity, and if you get jumpscared by them you lose 6- sanity and the stalker disappears how to spot a anomaly? first, they may have different eyes or ears, or their back could be bending, they could glitch, or not have a straight back, in the camreas, some of them might look… strange. check the cameras to see if their a anomaly barney asks for coffee, so give him it, if you let him hide with you from the police, he gives a extra coffee machine. uses the shutters can reject people, when uses shutters, the anomalys or paitents will say “NO SERVICE?!
