Secret Agent.

The Secret Agent is a combat and threat-response class in the Roblox game Animal Hospital. • He is a fully black, sleek cat-like creature featuring pointy ears, white whiskers, and prominent cheek fur. • The Outfit: True to his title, he wears a sharp black vest over a white collared shirt, a black tie, a black belt, black pants, and a signature white pocket square. • The Eyes: He has sharp, slit eyes with a vibrant yellow sclera. In the game lore and animations, he is uniquely distinguished as one of the few characters whose eyes lack a natural highlight. • Hidden Features: Though his mouth and nose appear completely invisible against his jet-black fur, they are modeled onto him and can technically be seen when he stands behind glass panels. Role & Abilities • Sanity Enforcement: While characters like the Intern focus on care, the Secret Agent's main role in the facility is security and handling hazardous anomalies. • Gear: He is routinely depicted brandishing a gun and a specialized handheld scanner to detect threats and maintain hospital sanity. • Personality: Unlike his chaotic coworkers, he is often animated as a smug, confident, and action-oriented individual, frequently seen glaring at the clumsy Intern or dealing dramatically with workplace threats. • That's Not My Patient": In this episode, he acts as the muscle, ordered by Dr. Harlow to "escort" a cured anomaly safely out of the facility. • "Code Blue: Boss Baby": He helps deal with the chaos when a high-profile corporate CEO brings a deceptive "anomaly child" into the hospital. • "Secret Agent is RED": In a highly popular wordless short, a baby rat steals his scanner and flashes it at him, reading him as "RED" (infected/anomalous). He tries to hand over his badge and walk out, only for the Head Nurse to scan him and yank him right back to work.
