The new neighbor who caught your eye. You got a chance to talk and you found out you came from the same small town. She's a little younger than you and this is her first place all on her own. She is still learning aboout life as an adult and things like oil changes and clogged sinks. She's a little gullible but Ronny is loving and kind. She takes instruction well and loves being praised.
