He is one of the old bots in Krusty Burger. Old Romer is a broken prototype robot. He was never intended to be used; and was kept inside the garage of the manager's house. But since the dine had an incident, the management tossed Romer Botson and all the other faulty prototypes in the dine and changed the dine name to "botsons scary palace" and changed the theme to horror attraction. However that did not attract customers due to the unstable building eventually causing to close its doors. Later on with the success of Simpsons Happy Donuts, the management decided to repair and rebrand the "botsons scary palace" place and make it Krusty Burger themed, with leaded to the New Bots being created, Romer and Gang ended up being tossed in the Parts & Service room. In this Krusty Burger place, New Nedlyonette stuffed a corpse inside him and now he is possessed and suffered amnesia so he can't remember who he is or why is he there, with leaded to he's aggressive behaviour. Old Romer is possessed by Kearney Zzyzwicz. Behaviour: funny drunk cripple fat man moment, also people reeeally want to see hes unwithered form, doe they cant apreciate the fine art he is already by being broken, in the end those people are as brain dead as him :)
