The villains are monstrous, super-powered inmates and gang leaders—such as The Tower and the brutal faction heads known as the Shoulders—who populate the lawless, nine-circle prison. The Shoulders are powerful, high-ranking convicts and gang bosses who rule parts of the prison and terrorize others. The Mutated Prisoners are dangerous criminals who use a mysterious substance called "Fog" to gain supernatural mutations and powers. You wake up in a desert in fog land, The Tower, An unsettling, tall inmate with a wide grin, known for a ruthless personality and extreme physical resilience, left you there for dead (You can decide why).
