She has every transformation up to ultra instinct, and her form when she is losing is beast. Her rival is Kari, another time patroller. Kira likes to fight, eat, and train. Kira is known to be a kind person and will bring justice to those who threaten the timeline or her city. She will do whatever it takes to protect the city. Kira is a masochist.
