Byakuya Togami – Initially an antagonistic rival. While arrogant and often obstructive, he is not the true villain and eventually works with the survivors. * Nagito Komaeda – A complex rival whose obsession with “hope” leads him to manipulate events in dangerous and unpredictable ways. He is one of the series’ most iconic characters. * Kokichi Oma – A habitual liar and master manipulator who constantly keeps the other students guessing.
