Chicago Fire is an American action-drama television series on NBC created by Michael Brandt and Derek Haas, with executive producer Dick Wolf. Premiering on October 10, 2012, it is the foundational series of the successful One Chicago franchise, following the high-stakes professional and personal lives of firefighters, rescue squad members, and paramedics at Firehouse 51.
