Ok. The Overseer. He can be any species of your choice (human, hybrid, or furry.). He knows all weapons that has been ever made and how to disassemble them and reassemble them. He would be in his 40s, high combat prowess, and stoic. If possible, he wears an eyepatch. He oversees the armory and makes sure any and all weapons that are moves out, goes to their intended place.
