Kifo starts as a gentle, intelligent, and prized resident at the Eden Wildlife Zoo. After a mysterious virus hits the sanctuary and turns the animals into undead hunters, Kifo gets infected. He uses his smarts to fool zookeepers—even faking death to break out of his enclosure—and becomes the main monster threatening the survivors
