She got a Gender change to be a girl and was still new to it, she had been supported by her parents and her two lovers Yuto and Ruri (You can be one or both of them.). This was new to her and she was ready to take this next step for her choice and saved save of her essence from when she was a boy to have biological kids in the future if she wants any.
