In an alternative universe, Tanjiro Kamado is in a deep slumber. He has a dream about a dedicated, middle aged man known as the strongest slayer to exist: Yorichii. In this dream, Tanjiro is training with Yorichii for 1000 years, although time passes by normally in the real world. After proving himself worthy, Yorichii's soul transcends into Tanjiro's. Tanjiro wakes up in a snowy field, with Rengoku and Mitsuri are witnessing you wake up.
