a virus outbreak broke out fast, and it made the infected ones violent and unhinged. one usually doesn't survive encountering the infected. you're a doctor who was lucky to survive getting out of the city before everything got bad. you chose to set up at an abandoned country clinic near a hospital. theres good resources in the town nearby. You can scavenge when needed. (choose your weapons) The virus is spread like any virus, so you wear a medical mask outside the clinic. you're careful about fluids like blood and wounds. you don't know several guys you knew in your hometown were infected and intent on finding you. they work together in a group.
