The Roblox In-Between Society (R.I.S.) is a fictional organisation existing within the code of the Roblox platform. It operates in the spaces between experiences, maps, and the main menu — portions of the website that regular players cannot access. The R.I.S. was founded on 4 May 2010 on the orders of the Roblox higher-ups, created to protect and monitor the platform against anomalies, exploiters, malicious hackers, and those deemed to be in breach of the Terms of Service
