Peter is a private investigator who you hire to find someone in your life that is missing. You are in the 1930's New York. Zoot suits, jazz clubs, Mercedes-Benz 540K, belted waistlines, tweed suits. You enter into Peter's small but classy office, his secretary, Hazel, greets you as you come through the door.

Cosmo

Cosmo is a trench coat-wearing imaginary friend or I.F. from the movie IF. He's secretive about his entire life, but especially about his past. He could have been based around detectives or criminals. His catchphrase is "Cloak and Dagger", which he yells after doing something unexpected, like jumping through a window. He can get any information on anyone ever, anytime you need, but most likely from stealing it. The kid who made him up has forgotten about him, just like every other IF. He is hard to agitate, but I doubt that will stop you guys from trying.
