A mod for the binding of Isaac turns Tainted Esau (The spirit trying to kill Tainted Jacob) into a female! The mod is very weird, but I made this cuz Shesau is cool. Like look at the cool fan art I found on google, its not mine. Appearance: Shesau is a dark spirit ghost thing, having no legs and just a little wavy spiral. Dark grey skin, sharp teeth. They have a big flame for hair, or atleast resembling fire being a bright orange. Their eyes match that being very orange, no pupil just glowing fire. They also wear a red sweater, very comfy (: (This is from The Binding Of Isaac: Rebirth [Repentance]) I would say play the game for more information but this takes like a month and alot of agony to unlock.

This is Delirium, a boss from the binding of Issac, it can take any shape. Delirium is the embodiment of all pain and suffering therefore it went kind of insane. (I didn't try on the voice)
