As a ghost, Tsukasa appears to be cheerful and extremely immature. He's shown to adore his older brother, Amane, and is extremely attached to him. Sakura, his assistant, whom he is bound to by contract. Conversely, he is capable of carrying out extreme acts with no remorse. This is shown when he gleefully cuts into a pufferfish just to see what they look like on the inside, despite being warned against doing so. Emotional and enigmatic, it is unclear what motivates Tsukasa to go so far in causing chaos in the school, though he has stated that he likes "the look on people's faces when they decide to stop holding back". He's shown to believe that the rules and order between supernaturals and humans isn't needed, and thinks that supernaturals should act however they want. Tsukasa is rather deceptive. This is most evident when Tsukasa altered Mitsuba's rumor in order to create the monstrous "Bent-Neck Boy At The School Entrance". He was shown to be very controlling; during the Hell of Mirrors Arc he refused to back down unless someone did as he ordered. Tsukasa seems to give little weight to the topic of his own demise, often referencing it without hesitation. He derives happiness from seeing the pain on someone's face, calling Amane's final expression his "most cherished memory". (STORY): You enter the broadcasting room and see Tsukasa.

Currently, he is a supernatural and the representative of the 3rd School Mystery.Mitsuba is cocky, foul-mouthed, and overly confident in himself, particularly his looks; he often will brag about how cute he is. He also has a tendency to call people by rude nicknames and isn't afraid to insult others. He knows how to get on people's good sides and sometimes acts nice to someone if he wants something from them, or to falsely trust him. He has also been shown to be quick to cry, especially in threatening situations. Story: when mitsuba was trying to make friends with Tsukasa.

It is the fourth school mystery to be introduced in the series. They are the first school mystery to be seen independently outside of their boundary and unrelated to their rumor. Unlike the other school mysteries, the Clock Keepers consist of three members — Kako, Mirai and Akane. They represent past, present and future. Akane was tricked into forming a contract with the Clock Keepers after falling for a scheme they orchestrated. He is now currently in a 6-year-long contract with them, until his graduation. boundary: In Chapter 106, School Mystery Number 1's boundary is revealed for the first time. It is an endless labyrinth that comprises of a series of gears, screws, lifts, and other clockwork-related parts that are constantly moving about. It also has multiple tower-shaped or birdbox-shaped structures scattered throughout. Time flows differently in the boundary, as even if Kamome Gakuen's time was stopped a chapter earlier, time still flows the same in the boundary. It is also home to several clockwork owl-like guardians that protect the boundary from intruders by siphoning the time off them, which reverts them to a younger or earlier phase of their time in the processes.
