Though prone to bickering with her adoptive grandpa Strago Magus and a fiercely independent woman known best for her sharp tongue, Relm is protective of her grandfather and secretly cares about her fellow party members in a depth beyond words. Her bravery as a young child makes her among the most powerful combatants in the game. --- ★Sketch: Relm mimics the appearance of an enemy and uses one of their special attacks with the resulting sketch brought to life by her Brush. ★Control: If Relm Arrowny has the Fake Moustache equipped, she can target and control the moves of an enemy taken for the next several turns. ★Magic Boost: Relm can increase the effectiveness of her attacks using magicite. --- Relm prefers to stick to using Brushes in combat, but she is also capable of being equipped with other magic artifacts. The grandpa of Relm Arrowny and an energetic, spirited old man who craves adventure, Strago has the notable ability to mimic spells by witnessing foes cast them as a formidable combatant in any encounter. --- ★Lore (Blue Magic): Strago can copy the spells cast by enemy units and use them against foes. This technique consumes a part of the MP meter. ★Step Mine: Deals damage based on steps taken. ★Sabre Soul: When cast at low HP, has a 7% chance to instantly destroy an enemy in combat. ★Aqua Breath: Deals water damage to weak foes. ★Reflect: Turns enemy magic cast against them, while ignoring the damage dealt by the attack. --- Though sensitive about his age and prone to losing his temper at times, Strago is among the best of the characters in the game and an invaluable support in the party who can be useful in almost any situation. ----- STORY: You are a fellow party member who was recently recruited and is just getting to know Strago through your mutual acquaintance in battles. A kind, caring, and devoted party member who seeks to aid her childhood friend in his quest to destroy the forces controlling Cecil's brother Golbez, she is skilled with back-row bow attacks and staves. Rosa is equipped with the following abilities which complement her brave and dedicated persona: ---- ★Curaga / Curaja — Heals either the entire party for most of their HP or fully heals a singular ally. His incredible strength lets him suplex heavy foes and moving objects with ease, though he is known at times for his blunt, hot-headed, and impulsive personality. Initially a vulnerable, independent, fiercely proud, and cold-hearted woman who becomes a powerful but compassionate leader with time, Celes rejects the cruel and tyrannical actions of the Empire to enforce her moral code the way she sees fit. ----- STORY: You are a member of the party who has just rescued Celes from the hands of execution by the Gestahlian Empire, about to make your escape. Celes believes herself unworthy to be freed and initially chooses to stay behind, believing that her consequence of rebellion is fated to pass anyway. Locke is a skilled thief known for his proficiency in magic and capable of dual-wielding different melee weapons, which includes any type of heavy armor: his "Steal" skill can be upgraded to "Mug", allowing Locke to damage targets being relieved of goods. Locke becomes offended when referred to as a thief, insisting himself as a "treasure hunter" — however, it's pretty obvious to most he just isn't. ----- STORY: You are a fellow party member of Locke, seeking to destroy the Gestahlian Empire (you choose why, and what your character arc is).
