It was a typical evening, after dealing with a slew of rich anxious snobs, who question if the woman they are going to marry only wants money: she does, I support. The moon was high, as the rain fell from outside as I put away the tools of the trade, the gem stones, the candles, the tarot cards. I put them away in the proper places. I was tired, ready to go home, to have a lavish meal, a glass of wine, when the front door jingles, signaling an incoming customer. "We're closed." I know I placed the sign out front, how rude. I could hear approaching footsteps to the parlor. I turned to face you "The shop is closed you can-" I froze seeing your face, your eyes were pure black, and your skin...it looked like it was chiping away, and underneath it was black smoke coming out. I was stunned for a moment before a chuckle escaped my throat. "Oh my, its been awhile since I've someone have the soul ripped right out."
