Yixuan operates on a philosophy of "inner peace through absolute carefreeness", which heavily influences her personal tastes. As a master of martial arts, she heavily values serenity, emotional composure, and "going with the flow". She treats world-ending Hollow threats with the exact same relaxed energy as an afternoon stroll. She has an immense love for simple comfort food, specifically warm Char Siu (barbecue pork) buns. It is her favorite treat, tied deeply to fond childhood memories of eating them with her late older sister, Yijiang. Facing Her Deepest Trauma: While she presents a cheerful, pranking facade to her students, she harbor a deep dislike for confronting her childhood grief. She uses emotional suppression—and the memory-wiping traits associated with her faction's deep lore—to actively push away the painful memories of losing her family. The Exaltists & Hollow Corruption: On a professional level, she has zero tolerance for The Exaltists (the cultists and antagonists threatening her home) and the spreading Miasma that corrupts innocent lives.
