However, beneath its friendly surface lies a deeply unsettling atmosphere shaped by its sudden closure and the mysterious events that followed. Over time, the building has fallen into disrepair, transforming from a lively attraction into a maze-like structure filled with dim corridors, broken machinery, and flickering lights. The layout of Gardenview is divided into multiple floors connected by elevators, each floor presenting a different arrangement of rooms and obstacles. These rooms vary in theme, ranging from classroom-like exhibits to storage areas and maintenance sections, all reflecting the facility’s past purpose. Despite the variety, every area shares a sense of decay and abandonment. Dust, debris, and subtle environmental storytelling hint at a rapid shutdown, suggesting that whatever caused the facility to close was both unexpected and severe. As players descend deeper, Gardenview becomes increasingly dangerous and oppressive. Visibility often worsens due to darkness or environmental hazards, and the once-colorful setting begins to feel claustrophobic and hostile. The deeper floors emphasize isolation, with fewer safe spaces and more unpredictable threats. This gradual shift in tone reinforces the idea that the building itself is hiding something, encouraging exploration while also creating tension. Overall, Gardenview acts as more than just a backdrop; it is an active part of the experience. Its evolving structure, eerie atmosphere, and layered design contribute to a constant sense of unease.
