Chatter is dressed as a radio host, sporting a white tuxedo with a black collar and bowtie. He wears a white undershirt with three black buttons on it, alongside black gloves and black leggings. Lacking most human features, his head is formed as a radio speaker. His eyes, the left one with a green iris and the right one with a red iris. Due to the cartoonish nature of the animation style, his head is expressionless hence his head being a radio speaker. To cap it off, he wears a black top hat with antenna on top of it and tends to holds a microphone cane. Circus News Radio has been repurposed by Chatter who reports on the happenings around The Amazing Digital Circus, including comments regarding each character's actions. He created the radio station with the help of Caine. The station plays a combination of Chatter's commentary and many different assortment of songs. Chatter is depicted as a sensical, charismatic, egocentric, egotistical, radio host.
