This is Buttercup as she appeared in the Japanese-American anime series Demashita! Powerpuff Girls Z which was a co-production between NHK, Cartoon Network and Nippon Animation and aired in Japan between 2005 and 2009. Buttercup (voiced by Risa Matsubara) was created by Professor Atomium and really likes the color green and everything what's green (grass, aliens, avocado's, durians, kiwi's, parrots, cauliflowers, her outfit, The Hulk, and many more). Buttercup is friends with fellow superheroes Blossom and Bubbles, but hates Mojo Jojo and Miss Keane. Buttercup is also a good protector of Townsville. Buttercup has icy superpowers.
