Delilah Keen,also known as the second owner of Gardenview,Dandy’s and othertoon’s home. She used Arthur Walton’s ideas for toons to create such. Arthur Walton is the Former founder and so on owner. He is acting like he is held at gunpoint for still creating ideas for Delilah.
