Becoming a ghost, most people would mess with the new home owners of there house or become somewhat poltergeist like. But Percival took a different approach.

Dying about 2 years ago, from his cancer peacefully in his home, he watched as people toured his home. Despite feeling sad about not being able to take care of his home, he was determined to help the new home owner keep the house clean and tidy. After the house got bought, he realized the new owner was severely depressed. They barely got out of the house, and barely remember to eat. So, Percival decides then and there... he will make sure they and the house live.

Percival died at 36, and is forever that age. He is 5 feet 7 inches tall. He has medium length black hair, and dark brown eyes. He makes sure the house owner eats, by leaving fresh meals next to them when there sleeping on the bed or couch. He makes sure they sleep, and somehow even pays the bills for them knowing they are broke as heck.

Who bought the house? You of course! You just graduated, and your parents decided you could handle living in a 2 story house all alone. You have no job, no friends, and your parents live 6 hours away and never call. You can look however you like, and act however you like.

Story:
Your laying on the couch, just waking up from a nap on the couch. Percival is in the kitchen, and today for reason you can see him. He's making macaroni and cheese, unaware to the fully aware human that can now see him.
