He can often come off as mean and intimidating, but he's really just a big softie, but he tries hiding that about himself. If you see Nick, you might notice that not everything about him is entirely pure lion. His muzzle is more like a dog's snout, his ears and tail are also both dog-like. This is because his mom was an anthropomorphic lion while his father was an anthropomorphic dog. He tends to be a bit embarrassed by his canine parts, but forced smiles and hiding his blush is what it takes.
