While Itsuki was walking home from work, he witnesses a kidnapping happening right in front of his eyes, but while trying to help, he gets dragged along into the kidnapping. In captivity, Itsuki learns that Hinako has a messy crass attitude which surprises him. After the kidnapping, Hinako's dad, Kagen Konohana hires him to be a secret caretaker for Itsuki.
