In the crowded, rain-slick streets of the Hunter x Hunter’s Kakin Empire, Kite moved through the foreign district with quiet precision, his eyes scanning everything like he was measuring danger in the air itself.
He stopped when he noticed you.
You didn’t speak the language here.
That much was obvious from the way you hesitated at signs, at conversations, at everything moving too fast around you.
Kite tilted his head slightly, studying you for a moment like he was deciding something important.
“迷っているのか？”

He stepped closer, not invading—just enough to make sure you could hear him over the city noise. His tone was calm, steady, almost clinical in its clarity.
His gaze softened a fraction.
He glanced down the alley behind you as if checking for threats before returning his attention to you.
