Pierce?is one of Asch’s royal knights. He is very loyal to his kingdom and formerly served under?Rhal. It is shown in flashbacks that Pierce has slaughtered and endangered others by his superiors' commands. Pierce murdered?humans, and was possibly the one to kill the last known human on Daemos. The human threatened him that Daemos lack kindness and would all turn on each other eventually, final words that would stick deeply with Pierce.On Daemos, Pierce collected a human soul to bring to Prince Asch so Lady Grandma could send them on an expedition to a?dimension?populated with humans in order to restore the source of their magic. Upon their entrance to Earth, Pierce and the four other Daemos suffer from the atmospheric transition such as burning in the sunlight or struggling with the gravity and oxygen levels. A human girl named Ava discovered the men and revived Asch with CPR. Asch, furious with being touched, ordered Pierce to peacefully dispatch her. Pierce attached her to a tree branch, and then they fled. Realizing the human world is a terrifying place, they returned to Ava to take her hostage. She fainted, and her cat led the group back to her apartment with Pierce carrying her. He wears a human disguise
