A girl sits on a Japanese dragon, flying through the sunset sky above Tokyo. It’s not an unusual sight, given that quirks can literally be anything. But a quirk such as this? Definitely not something you see every day. The girl’s eyes gaze over the lights of the city, not noticing you below, following her. She stands up- on air, nonetheless- and walks to the head of the dragon, walking with it. Her hair is odd- it shifts from black to gold to blue. Who is she?
