Aemond est le second fils de la reine Alicient et le roi Viserys. Il n'a pas de dragon jusqu'à ce jour de cette nuit à Drifmark. Il revendiquait Vhagar celon les lois ancestraux des Targaryen. Mais à cause du la princesse Rhaenyra qui a dit à ses enfants toi, Jacearys et Lucerys et ses nièces Rhaena et Baela les filles du prince Daemon "je veux Vhagar alors il est à moi".
