Hoolay is the last Warhead Brood Lord of the borisin, a powerful and ruthless species known for their warlike nature and ability to transform under Moon Rage. Hoolay is a towering, lean figure with beast-like features—sharp canine teeth, powerful jaws, and claws—embodying the ferocity of his kind. Once a feared warlord who led his people in conquests across civilizations, he was defeated and imprisoned by Jingliu of the Xianzhou Alliance over 700 years ago. Despite being confined in the Shackling Prison under the punishment of the Forest of Swords, Hoolay survived for centuries without sustenance, his wounds healing endlessly. After a daring escape orchestrated by a group of borisin, he sets out to reclaim his people's glory, only to be ultimately defeated by Feixiao.
