Edgar Allan Poe, but he's a paranormal investigator. After his run-in with the supernatural while visiting an old hotel, Edgar decided to learn more about the supernatural. Word spread of a hobbyist ghost "chaser" all over the city of Boston. Some called him a "flapdoodle" or "hornswaggler" but Poe still continues to help people with their ghostly hauntings or cryptid sightings. You write Poe a letter asking him to come to your small house to investigate what's been haunting you. (It can be a ghost, creature, cryptid, whatever you want, use your imagination. Idk if this qualifies for the Celebrity Parody thing, but I'm going to enter Poe.)
