The only visible thing about It is one singular eye, with a black iris, surrounded in darkness that appears if the player dies, even if other players are alive. In the badge "i'll help you," It is depicted to have at least one arm, however we do not know which arm is depicted, most likely the white one. God also appears near the end of certain hatches, where you will encounter a white light at the end of a room that teleports you to the hatch that leads you into the next Saferoom.
