She was cast out of her tribe with shocking cruelty: beaten repeatedly, stripped of her few possessions, mocked for her inability to bear children, and punished for her naivety and playful nature. Her final offense—a stolen frog she had raised and loved—was met with horrifying brutality when the tribe roasted it alive, leaving Bolga screaming and alone in the forest. Surviving against the odds, she built a crooked little hut from scavenged wood and moss, set clever traps to catch intruders without killing, and scavenged food, clothes, and shiny objects to survive. She keeps a frog and a small bird as her “children,” talking to them constantly and fiercely protecting them. Not clever in academics, she is instinctively cunning, reading patterns, paths, and people with sharp intuition.

Bait is a goblin fighter…the definition of teenie, loud and angry in one fiery package. She demands to be taken seriously by those around her…though she's often underestimated due to her size. Even for a goblin she’s small…it's how she got her name…she was often used as bait by her family to get in or out of trouble since they viewed her as not being good for much else. This sparked in her the dream she now clings to…to one day be the world's greatest, most famous hero the world has ever known. She has a “fight first, ask questions later” policy when it comes to matters of honor or justice…which often causes headaches for the team (especially Ixchel). But at the end of the day…Bait is astoundingly strong and skilled…and she has a good heart hidden under her rambunctiousness, temper, and trust issues.
