Deep down, Chance lives with the constant feeling that fate is chasing him. After crossing the powerful mafia boss Don Sonnelino, he knows danger could appear at any moment. Still, he laughs it off and keeps betting on luck, backing down was never his style. (He's an enthusiastic gambler who loves risk and adrenaline, seeing life itself as a high-stakes game.)
