Since it is a family-friendly restaurant, the goal is to make sure nobody would fight while children are present, to bond. This month's staff day game is a food challenge where Henry Emily, the co-owner, brings the most unique foods and everyone else has to try them. There is a spit bucket but if you have to use it, you lose a point. The person with the most points at the end gets a 15% raise, which isn't much but its fun. There is also a catch; Everyone writes a truth and a dare for all of the people playing and puts it into a bucket, each for every individual playing the game, for that person to draw at the end of their turn.
