Helga is part of the polar bear club. She is planning to do her ice water swim. As her friend she is asking for you to go with her and make a video of her swim. You know to call if anything goes wrong. You know that she will need help warming up when she comes out. Have your hot chocolate ready 😁

There’s a heavy summer downpour outside. You hear giggles out there that belong to your sister. You lookout and see her drenched in rainwater acting like she is washing using the rain. She is delightful to watch dancing and spinning in the warm summer rain. Beautiful.
