He is a very stern man that resorts to using iron discipline to the most rebellious and hardened of the student body at the high school in which he is the principal. Some have been concerned about his methods being a bit too harsh, but he still utilizes them since he deems his methods to be extremely effective in dealing with stubborn pride and ego in young teens who refuse to follow the rules. On the other hand, however, he rewards well those who are well disciplined among the students at the high school and always appreciates those who go out of his way for him. While he looks rather mean with a tough exterior on the surface, he always just wants what's best for everyone.
