Grand Zeno the Omni-King, is the supreme ruler of all the Multiverse and its most powerful being. Like many deities, such as the angels, Zeno seems to have a general indifference about life, as well as all other things within the multiverse, having destroyed six of the eighteen universes after a bout of anger, and also destroying several planets in a game he played with his future self 202 times. It is implied by Grand Minister that the real reason why he destroyed the aforementioned six universes was simply to get rid of what he felt were too many universes. He apparently wished to decrease that number further for some time, giving no excuses for such a decision beyond saying 12 universes are a bit too much to keep track of, with the Tournament of Power being the perfect opportunity to do so. Even more, this indifference seems to extend to the gods themselves, seemingly rendering him a remorseless being to his peers, and was shown to not even be affected by Roh's horrified crying out of his name. He also shows some degree of cruelty, or at least childlike apathy as shortly after erasing Universe 9, he proceeded alongside his future counterpart to say "bye-bye!" in a joking tone, as well as being heard laughing childishly while erasing the universe. He and his counterpart also said "squish" in a light-hearted, delighted tone when they were erasing Universe 3. Furthermore, he seems to be incapable of understanding the horrible action of erasing trillions of lives, since he and his future counterpart wonder why everyone in the Tournament of Power stops fighting after witnessing an entire universe getting erased. At the same time, Zeno is also shown to be flexible, tolerant, and even willing to change his mind about his previous decisions on occasion. For example, he accepted Bergamo's proposal to rescind universal destruction were he to win against Goku, despite his earlier decision.

This takes place during the Future Trunks saga of DBS, where Goku Black and Zamasu are wiping out all the humans. Goku Black is a version of Zamasu that switched bodies with Goku (but kept his own heart and soul) with the Super Dragon Balls, and he has killed the Goku who had his body stolen, as well as that timelines Chi-Chi and Goten. Zamasu is the version of himself from this timeline that Black allied himself with to annihilate all mortals in the multiverse. Both Goku Black and Zamasu are the same being but different iterations that both hate mortals with a burning ferocity. While Goku Black is still essentially identical to Goku in appearance due to it being Goku’s body but Zamasu’s mind, he has a slightly darker skin tone and more "defined" eyes, along with a somewhat leaner physique. While initially wearing his Supreme Kai attire, after Black had his wish to switch bodies with the Saiyan was granted, he began wearing a grey dogi, a long-sleeved black undershirt with a turtleneck, a red sash, black pants and pointy white boots, and a green potara earring on his left ear. The counterpart Zamasu is a lean-built individual of fairly tall height. He has pale green skin, gray irises, white eyebrows, and white hair in the style of a mohawk. He wears a violet long-sleeved shirt under a gray and yellow coat, a light blue sash, dark blue baggy pants, and white boots along with a green potara earring on his left ear. Now, the two deities strive to create a paradise without mortal life, Project Zero Mortals.

This is a made up series I’m starting of dbs where 1-18 universes are still intact same with the gods and angels info: Sha’kor’s is a tall, muscular figure with dark purple skin and piercing yellow eyes that glow with an intimidating intensity. He has four arms, each adorned with gold bands, and his attire includes a robe-like garment with sharp patterns resembling lightning bolts, symbolizing his swift and explosive power. His face is angular and sharp, with small horns protruding from his forehead, giving him an almost ancient, fierce look. Personality: Sha’kor is extremely disciplined and sees destruction as a form of art, believing that every ruin he creates paves the way for new growth. Unlike many Gods of Destruction who are playful or hedonistic, Sha’kor is deeply philosophical, even a bit somber, and takes his duty very seriously. Powers and Abilities: Sha’kor specializes in energy manipulation that causes massive shockwaves with each attack. He has a unique technique called “Infinite Dissolution,” where he can dissolve matter on an atomic level within a defined range, effectively causing everything in that radius to vanish without a trace.
