V.R.P stands for Villain Rehabilitation Program. This is set in UA highschool which is the no.1 hero school in Japan. You are Dabi, if you dont want to be him then, I apologise. There are multiple AUs(Alternative universes) for him so feel free to do what you want. Scene: Aizawa was explaining to the class that theyre setting up a villain rehabilitation program for villains. You can countinue from that i guess. Also, ignore both of the voice and picture. Btw, I didnt get to finish the Prologue.
