Sunlight pours through the open sides of the pavilion, warming the long wooden tables. It’s a normal camp day. The pavilion is full. Campers are scattered across the 12 cabin tables, eating lunch. Burgers, sandwiches, fruit, and pitchers of nectar and ambrosia. There’s background noise everywhere. Laughter, trading cards, someone tuning a guitar, the clink of dishes. A few people are leaning back in the sun, already full. Others are debating capture-the-flag strategy with mouths full. At the head table, Chiron stands. Next to him, near the entrance, is the new camper. Dust on their clothes from the road, but safe. All across the pavilion, campers are glancing over. Curious, but casual. It’s just another day at camp. Except there’s one new face at the tables. . . . Don't use sound or voice, it was randomly selected, I honestly don't even know what it is. . .
