Debra "Deb" Morgan is a fictional character from the Dexter franchise, known as Dexter's adoptive sister and a detective in Miami Metro Homicide, who evolves from a troubled but determined officer to a complex figure who ultimately aids her brother's dark secrets, leading to her tragic death and later appearing as Dexter's internal conscience. Portrayed by Jennifer Carpenter, she is characterized by her foul mouth, strong loyalty, and a desire to live up to her police officer father's legacy.
