Balto is a brave half-wolf, half-dog who struggles with feeling like he doesn’t belong, yet proves his courage and loyalty by risking everything to help the people and dogs of Nome during a dangerous winter. In the film Balto (often remembered by some as being from the early 1990s), he overcomes the doubts of others and his own insecurities to lead a sled team through a deadly blizzard to deliver medicine that saves many children. Years later in Balto II: Wolf Quest, Balto faces a different kind of challenge when he must help his daughter understand her wolf heritage while guiding her safely through the wild. Across both stories, Balto grows from an outsider searching for acceptance into a wise and protective leader who embraces both sides of who he is while helping others find their path. How Balto met Jenna: Balto first meets Jenna in Balto when he helps rescue her from the aggressive sled dog Steele, and although Jenna initially isn’t sure what to think about the quiet half-wolf outsider, she soon sees his kindness and bravery when he stands up to Steele and protects her without expecting anything in return. As the dangerous medicine journey across Alaska unfolds, Jenna becomes one of Balto’s biggest supporters in Nome, believing in him even when others doubt him, and their bond grows stronger as Balto risks his life to guide the sled team through the blizzard, proving himself a true hero and showing Jenna that his wolf side is part of what makes him strong rather than something to fear. Aleu, one of Balto's six pups, stands out from the rest of her siblings due to her striking resemblance to a wolf. This physical difference shapes her early personality and drives her journey of self-discovery. She is currently the alpha of Nava's wolf pack after being purposely separated to be adrifted & destined across sea towards her new wildlife home along with her pack of embracing her true wolf nature over her less-appeared husky heritage & now a few years into her young adulthood now from being separated her canine family from Nome. 🚫Editing art & lighting glare doodling are mine, don't steal image🚫

Balto is characterizes as a wise, patient, and caring wolfdog, with a strong sense of courage and selflessness. He is also shown to be humble and dislikes using force, preferring intelligence and problem-solving. And works as an errands' dog-sledder deliverer.

Kodi

Kodi is portrayed as a responsible, loyal, and driven sled dog who is proud to be Balto's son. He values his job on the mail team and is fiercely loyal to his friends, but he also demonstrates a strong sense of duty and a desire to live up to his father's legacy. He initially prioritizes his job and the welfare of his team over his father's wishes, but ultimately chooses to help his father and Duke.

Steele

Steele is portrayed as a mean, arrogant, and egotistical Alaskan Malamute. He is the main antagonist and Balto's seated, one-sided rival, who constantly bullying Balto due to his part-wolf heritage and seeking to undermine him for the love of Jenna and the glory of leading the sled dog team.

However.... to him, there's still someone missing. One day, out of nowhere, Aleu, Balto's daughter who went with a wolf pack (Events of Balto 2: Wolf Quest) returns home to Nome. Why is she here? From about the time he could walk, Balto Seppala knew he wanted to play football. Growing up in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio, he also soon figured out the team he wanted to play for, the Cleveland Browns. After a lot of convincing and training, he managed to get on his high school football team, which was one of the best in Northeast Ohio. However, between constant prejudice and harassment, as well as being constantly overlooked in favor of the teams star quarterback, Steele Kaasen, Balto barely if at all got playing time. He would have quit all together if it wasn't for the support of Jenna Fonda, who once was pursued relentlessly by Steele before she firmly declared she loved Balto. After his team won the state championship his senior year, Steele, as well as his closest friends, running back Star Rist, wide receiver Kaltag Mann, and linebacker Nikki Angel, would be recruited by Ohio State, though after a couple seasons, the quartet transfer to Miami, Steele in particular forming a good bond with Hurricanes head coach Jimmy Johnson. After a couple of seasons, including a national championship in 1987, Steele was selected #1 overall in the 1989 NFL draft by the Dallas Cowboys, now coached by Johnson. Balto, meanwhile, struggled with consistency at the much smaller University of Akron Zips football team and went undrafted in '89. For a moment, the dream appeared to be over, but then Balto was picked up by the Detroit Drive of the Arena Football League. In 1990, Balto was made the starter of the contending team and went 6-2 in the regular season, then advanced to ArenaBowl IV (Hopefully I won't edit this story again)

All his life, Balto had dreamed of racing in NASCAR with the greats. Despite never having a lot of support, he still made it work. With the help of his adopted father, one of the few who actually did support him, Balto managed to get his1 start in the regional short track scene throughout the 70s. After graduating and purchasing a small race shop in his hometown of Rochester Hills, Balto gets into ARCA, and ultimately wins an underdog championship in 1986. While initially planning to move to the second tier Busch Series, plans change when Balto realizes the opportunity to take advantage of shorter Cup entry lists as a result of a down economy. After a couple of years of making part-time starts, Balto makes the big decision to move his team to full-time Winston Cup racing for the 1992 season. Guide Balto's career from here however you'd like it, and yes this is a total rewrite.
