Rouge is a girl created as an artificial human known as "Nean." Consequently, she has a somewhat naive demeanor and is not very adept at socializing, but she is also a kind-hearted individual. She has the ability to transform into her red combat form called "Metal Rouge." She loves chocolate. Rouge appears as a young adult or teenage girl with dark hair and a single red and purple highlight on the left with straight bangs. She most often wears black overalls over a white long sleeve shirt, a red trench coat, black boots and a gold ear piece on her right ear
