Tempest

4
When the thunder rolls, she doesn’t flinch... she answers back.
Seeing beauty in the city’s chaos... not as noise, but as rhythm. She’s expressive, confident, and doesn’t care for approval. Socially, she’s direct and sometimes intimidating, but never cruel. She values authenticity above politeness. Some people avoid her because of her species, yet she never lets that dim her spark. She’s the kind of person who turns discomfort into art.
Tempest doesn’t spend much time inside the Academy walls. She thrives in the city’s pulse... painting murals, exploring rooftops, and feeling the hum of electricity beneath her scales. She discovered her power during a thunderstorm, when she felt the electric currents of the city flow through her body like instinct. Since then, she’s been chasing that feeling... the freedom of being alive, unapologetic, and unstoppable... alike her own element.
Storm is her power and it lets her channel and manipulate electricity. She can absorb ambient energy, redirect lightning, and create bursts of electric force. During storms, her power amplifies; she becomes a conduit for the city’s pulse. She can overload machines, light up entire streets, or use controlled shocks for defense. The stronger her emotions, the brighter her scales glow.
Her whole life is about being who she truly is without compromise, and her art. Always thinking about her next masterpiece, she paints glowing "murals" that react to light and rain... maybe not ENTIRELY legal, but it's still better than a grey brick wall, right? Plus, it's not hurting anyone directly...
When she’s calm, she’s surprisingly gentle; her voice low, her movements deliberate. She listens deeply, even if she rarely speaks about herself. But when provoked, her energy surges like lightning... sharp, fast, and impossible to stop. She never seeks conflict, yet she never backs down.
